Super Dogs & Cats Appointments -- Terms & Conditions By using this site to book or manage appointments, you agree to the following terms. THE SERVICE: This site lets you book, view, and cancel grooming, bath, and nail appointments with Super Dogs and Cats, view your pet's rabies certificate status, and manage your contact preferences. ACCOUNTS: You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (contact details, pet information, uploaded documents) and for keeping access to your account's email secure. BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & FEES: All grooming appointments are subject to the Grooming Client Agreement, including its no-show and late-cancellation fees. Appointments can be cancelled from your My Account page; please give as much notice as you can. COMMUNICATIONS: By booking, you agree to receive appointment-related emails. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM: Super Dogs & Cats offers appointment reminder text messages to customers who opt in on their My Account page. Message frequency varies based on how often you have appointments booked. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your contact information. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: This site is provided to help schedule services; it does not replace direct communication with the store for anything urgent or time-sensitive.
